The Fizzy Fun Wine class will focus on the basics of sparkling wine (growing, fermenting) and incorporate lesser known facts on wine and how to smell and taste wine effectively to ensure maximum satisfaction.
The class is one and a half hours in duration.
Students will sample five (5) wines. Light snacks and water will be served with the wine.
